This moist apple cake recipe is courtesy of a follower. It’s called a 20 tablespoon cake, because all the quantities are (guess what) 20 tablespoons.

Well, except for apples, which are 2, because there is no such thing as 20 tablespoons of apples.

What do we need?

-20 tablespoons of milk.

-20 tablespoons of self-rising flour (or common flour + baking powder).

-20 tablespoons of sugar.

-20 tablespoons of oil.

-2 apples.

– 2 eggs.

Step by step to make this moist apple cake

1- In a bowl, we are going to break the eggs and beat them.

2- Add the 20 tablespoons of milk, mix.

3- Now, we add the 20 tablespoons of oil.

4- The next 20 tablespoons are sugar. We place them and beat well again (with a little more intensity) so that everything is integrated.

5- Now yes, there are 20 tablespoons of flour. We are going to mix this part with a spatula and using enveloping movements so as not to remove the air from the mixture.

6- Peel and grate the two apples and add them to the mixture.

7- Grease and flour a mold, place the homogeneous mixture inside. We put it in the moderate oven at 180º for 40 minutes. And ready! It doesn’t exist any easier.
