Decorated dry dough, a delicious recipe for a snack


What do we need?

  • 220 g all-purpose flour

Step by Step

  • Sift the flour with the help of a sieve, add the baking powder and mix.
  • Using a mixer, mix the butter with a pinch of salt and sugar until you achieve a homogeneous texture.
  • Add a tablespoon of flour and continue beating, then another tablespoon and so on until all the flour is incorporated.
  • Add the cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and the vanilla essence
  • Beat an egg and add it to the first container and mix. Add a tablespoon of flour and beat with the mixer. Then another tablespoon like this until you incorporate all the flour.
  • Beat the egg in a separate cup and add it to the previous mixture.
  • Beat the mixture again and let it rest for 10 minutes in the microwave.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to medium heat and prepare a greased and floured baking tray, this will help prevent the dough from sticking to the tray.
  • Take out the dough and add a little flour on a flat surface.
  • Stretch the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Cut the shape you like best, it can be in the shape of a drop, circle, star, square.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges appear to be lightly toasted.
  • Let it rest and decorate as you like.
