What is Reiki and what are its benefits?

4 years ago I felt very low in energy and needed help, because in one year I experienced three very difficult situations that caused me a lot of stress and I couldn’t get through them. Some time ago I had had a couple of reiki sessions and I remembered that they had helped me feel peace and I had felt very good. So I asked a friend if she knew anyone who gives reiki therapy and she referred me to someone. 

As soon as I arrived at my first session we clicked, we talked a little about the reason that had brought me there that day, and in effect, energetically I was very low and misaligned with my chakras, so much so that my 4 sessions were followed (4 sessions are recommended , one per week to see changes).

What is Reiki?

After each session it was impressive how I felt the change in me and the peace that it generated me, after my last session, I already felt in another energetic plane and I left there without stopping smiling and everything seemed wonderful to me: the tree, the sun, a way of seeing life differently and grateful to it.

 Some time passed and my therapist invited me to take the courses to become a reiki practitioner, it was something that I did not hesitate to accept, since I myself experienced the positive impact that reiki can have on people, and knowing that now I could help to make someone feel better, I thought it was incredible. And that’s how I started giving sessions and after 2 years I was certified as a reiki master*.

 It motivates me to see the positive impact I have on my patients and myself. Help someone feel better from a headache or tiredness, to emotional pain; among other things, according to the needs of each patient.

Currently, uncertainty can cause a certain level of anxiety, restlessness and / or lack of sleep. Distance reiki is a great tool that helps us regain calm.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a technique for channeling and transmitting vital energy through the laying on of hands, which is used to obtain peace and balance on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. That is to say: it harmonizes and balances the chakras of your body. 

How does distance healing or distance reiki work?

Reiki at a distance is very similar to Reiki in person, it acts on the aura and chakras, and it also helps to remove energy blockages or imbalances at different levels. A distance healing is performed when the person who requests it, for various reasons, either health or not being able to move, is not present with a healer.

And if it works? what do you think? Yes! remote reiki is one of the therapies that does work without having to be in person. It is important to remember that we are all more than a physical body, everything is energy, even matter. Energy floods everything and we are connected to each other through different energy fields.
