The Ruber Juan Bravo University Hospital launches its new Clinical Research Unit in the field of neurology. With special emphasis on stroke and other neurological diseases, this Unit places this hospital at the forefront of medical research in Spain.

He Ruber Juan Bravo University Hospital has launched a Research unit whose objective is to carry out studies and clinical trials in different, fundamentally ictus, diseases neuromuscular (neuropathies, myasthenia gravis, ALS, …), disorders neurodegenerative (multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s, …), sleep disturbances and headaches.

Research on the stroke prevention

In this line, the Neurological Clinical Research Unit is currently involved in a international multicenter trial for secondary prevention, in which the main centers around the world participate in the management of ictus.
