Residents have at their disposal six large garden terraces spread over the different floors, living room and dining room per floor, as well as all the facilities of a modern residential center for the elderly. The facilities are equipped with a complete healthcare equipment with the integration of specialized units of memory and cognitive stimulation. In addition, the Sanitas San Martín Residential Center has painting and activity rooms, dementia units, cognitive stimulation units, a gym and hairdressing or podiatry services and its own kitchen.
As stated Domenec Crosasgeneral director of Sanitas Mayores, “Thanks to this new opening, Sanitas Mayores now has a presence in the three provinces of the Basque Country.
