Phobias – Comprehensive Health Coaching.

BIOLOGICAL SENSE: Solve a great fear. Protect myself from an irrational fear, related to death, that we identify with what we fear. The fear may have been experienced personally, but phobias abound that originate from fears experienced by ancestors (transgenerational, inherited program) or by the mother during the felt project.

CONFLICT: Phobias are crystallized and automated fears.

ACROFOBIA (fear of heights): Feeling with nothing and without references. “I feel like I have nowhere to lean.” “I am in a transition stage, I am on the edge of the precipice.”

AGORAPHOBIA: Conflict in the mother’s womb. “I am fine in my mother’s womb, but I perceive a great danger outside.” Troubled family environment. There is an excess of responsibility in agoraphobics. “I don’t get into situations I can’t control”, “If something happens, no one will be able to help me”.

ARACHNOPHOBIA: Unconscious desire to escape to live in the world with fear of being caught, locked in a web by a murderous, suffocating, paralyzing mother. Fear of being poisoned within the clan.

PLANES: Fear related to independence or the dead.

WASPS: Conflict of violence and ambushes.

CLAUSTROPHOBIA: Memory of fear due to some conflictive situation in the womb or during childbirth: Not being able to get out, caesarean section, dangerous childbirth, or suffocation due to twisting of the cord. Search also in the transgenerational, memories of fears in relation to death by confinement, or without the possibility of escaping (concentration or extermination camps) or being buried alive.

PHOTOPHOBIA: Conflict with light, with the father (sun).

FLIES: Fear of being eaten by worms, fear of death.

NICTOFOBIA (fear of the dark): Conflict of abandonment (in the sense project). If I don’t have a light I can’t guide myself and I get lost because I’m alone. Conflict of fear of the shadows themselves that I do not wish to illuminate.

BIRDS: Fear of flights and robberies.

XENOPHOBIA: Conflict of the invader: “We invaded and killed them, now they will want to do the same with us.” Or guilt for having allowed himself to be invaded.
