Hello, I have idle words in my mind that I wouldn’t think of saying in reality, because I know that words have power, for the positive but for the negative, but what do I do to know if I don’t say or express those idle words already asleep than before? When I sleep, I already have them in my mind, always when I want to say a word, I get up and I’m alarmed that I said something, but I don’t know if I said it or not, how do I know if I say those idle words and how to stop doing it?

While asleep I have dreams and nightmares, almost all of them I speak out loud I know this because my children have told me this on several occasions in which they have woken me up scared, well it is true that I have a fairly serious insomnia problem and this is added to family problems but I want to sleep like any normal person without being afraid of falling asleep or of night coming

GOOD NIGHT I HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN SLEEPING I TALK ALL NIGHT AND I COULD NOT AVOID IT AND ON MANY OCCASIONS I DO NOT REMEMBER WHAT I SAY AND THEY ARE THINGS THAT I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED, THAT HAS CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR ME WITH MY PARTNER TO SUCH A DEGREE THAT WE ALREADY SLEEP SEPARATE.
WHEN I WAKE UP THE NEXT DAY I FEEL COMPLETELY TIRED, AS IF THE WHOLE NIGHT I HAD BEEN IN ACTIVITY AS IN THE DAY.
