How to make bolognese sauce for all your pasta

To accompany pasta, it is ideal. Here we show you the passed Step by the hand of

What do we need?

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ minced meat
  • 1 piece of red bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 splash of wine
  • 1 can of tomato puree
  • 1 glass of broth
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • Oregano (a pinch)
  • Laurel
  • Salt, pepper and olive oil

Step by Step

1. Chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper.

2. Brown in olive oil until the onion is transparent. Add the chopped tomato and sauté for a couple of minutes.

3. Add the minced meat. Dissolve with a wooden spoon. Stir continuously until the meat is completely separated and has changed color. In this step I raise the heat a little (just a little). It is so that the meat browns and does not release its juices, which happens when there is little heat. If by chance this happens to you, if the preparation becomes watery, increase the heat and continue until you see that the water has dried up. It is not ideal, since the meat will not be juicy, but you will save the preparation anyway. Another important tip in this step is to never cover the pot.

4. Add the splash of wine and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring, until the smell of alcohol stops coming out.

5. Add the seasonings: salt, pepper, oregano (just a little) and the bay leaf. Add the tomato puree and broth. Stir and cover.
