If you want it as a main dessert, the ideal is to use lemon ice cream with cream. If you prefer a more cocktail style, the water one is recommended.

According to Mitre, the proportion indicated to make it creamy enough for dessert is 60% ice cream and 40% brut sparkling wine. On the other hand, if you want to prepare it as a cocktail, the proportion is reversed: 40% lemon ice cream in water and 60% sparkling wine.

Place the sparkling wine and lemon ice cream in the indicated proportions in the blender. When mixed, it will form a thick cream, ideal for eating from a container with a spoon.

Mix with a spoon until the ice cream is integrated into the drink.

Serve in a glass or a glass, depending on the preparation chosen.

Usually, the decoration of lemon champ is made with lemon slices. They can be placed on the rim of the glass naturally, or after burning and caramelizing them over the fire.
