Difference between human principles and values

Another conception is:
Principles: Relationship behaviors with entities, people, and things.

Values: Grouping and order, due to the importance assigned to the principles.

Example: The 10 biblical commandments are principles of relationships, grouped (rated) by importance in two aspects and ordered within each group by importance.

The first group of principles regulates the relationships between humans and God, the second group regulates the relationships between humans and between humans and things.

So the 10 principles are rated from highest to lowest like this:
Those that regulate the relationship with the Deity, those that regulate the relationships between people, and finally the relationships with non-human entities.
