Behavior is the observable variable of attitude, that is, how the person acts in a situation. Many times social pressure prevents or facilitates the behavioral expression of our attitudes.

Attitudes have a conscious part and an unconscious part, some are totally conscious and others totally unconscious: a product of the automation of learning processes and the internalization of culturally extended beliefs and values ​​that we learn without realizing it.

Attitudes are modifiable, some easier than others, depending on the environment and the observer’s point of view, on how we perceive reality. There are smart (effective) attitudes and silly (ineffective) attitudes.

ATTITUDE INTELLIGENCE IS THE ABILITY TO CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE ATTITUDES TO:

-The resolution of problems that we can find in our environment: Empathetic attitude, understanding of the reality of others to help.

-Creation of effective reality interpretation systems: Actively seek learning at all times and in all places. Creative thinking.

-Creation of our purposes, both in the short and long term, as a person and as a society: Orientation towards creativity, and flexibility of thought.

-Choice and achievement of personal objectives: feedback, continuous evaluation, motivation.

With attitudinal intelligence we develop a very important capacity for people, where the fundamental engine is conscious choice, well-being in relationships and effectiveness in results.
