Bruxism – Comprehensive Health Coaching.

The teeth represent decisions and a certain form of aggressiveness. Bruxism is therefore an unconscious anger that surfaces on the surface, a repressed anger that is frequently expressed at night.

I am very nervous inside, I hold back and do not say or do certain things. Since I can’t make clear and precise decisions, the gnashing of teeth is the physical expression of my sadness and my repressed aggressiveness.

Like a poorly greased door, the squeak of teeth indicates my fear of opening myself up to make decisions and the noise expresses a form of internal groaning.

Resent: “I refuse pleasure” (real or symbolic)
Unmanifested aggressiveness, often unconscious. Powerless aggression, in a latent state.

I agree to become aware of this state without inhibiting it and expressing it as I currently experience it. I accept my sensitivity and the emotions that surface and I understand that my uncertainties lead me to live much more internal tension than the fact of taking the initiatives that are imposed. When I make a decision, I free myself and feel more developed.
