Why do I constantly have nightmares – find out the answer

Hello Fedora! Did anyone tell you any useful comments?
Something similar happens to me. More than “dreaming about evil” is that when I am in the transition to falling asleep, I get sleep paralysis, at the same time I feel that something very strong wants to take over me. I always use a lot of force to block it and I start praying without stopping, while I try to turn on the light on the nightstand, using a lot of force so that “I don’t win.”
Once I manage to turn on the light, I’m awake, the paralysis is over, I see that there is nothing in my room… and I try to calm down and distract myself.

A lot of the time I fall asleep I have sleep paralysis and these same nightmares (exactly the same). I think the first memory of them was more than 10 years ago, sometimes they give me several a week, one a week and suddenly, by magic, I can go a month or more without any of those nightmares.

In addition to those nightmares that I get in the transition stage to sleep, most of the time I have lucid dreams, that is, being aware that I am dreaming. And I always dream and I always remember even the smallest detail of my dreams.

Tell me if you have found out more about these types of nightmares, because from what you describe they are practically the same as mine. The only difference is that I don’t talk or move in my sleep, but the feeling is quite similar.
