What do night nightmares tell us? – Comprehensive Health Coaching.

They are dreams that produce anguish and fear.

BIOLOGICAL SENSE: Nightmares or dreams in general show us symbolism of the conflict in its active phase, as well as possible exits and solutions to enter the repair phase.

CONFLICT: Dreams confront us with problems and difficulties to see what is the best solution to take in the waking phase.

The symbolic of the nightmare is showing us the experience. Becoming aware of dreams can help us a lot to identify possible tendencies or programs of the subconscious that can lead us to other conflicts.

The person having a nightmare feels a lot of anxiety in his dream, which tells him that he experiences that same anxiety in the waking state, but is unaware or does not want to be aware of it for fear of having to deal with it. The dream is simply an extension of what is lived in the waking state, but which is usually rejected. When the person reaches his limit, the dream allows him to let go of what has been repressed. The dream always appears to help the person to be more aware, like any illness or disease.

If you frequently have nightmares, your psyche wants to help you express your desires and, above all, to stop believing that you cannot fulfill them. For example, if in one of them they chase you and you feel very afraid, this dream tells you that, when you are awake, you have the impression that someone or some obsessive thought is chasing you. What you want is to deal with it using your power to believe, but there is a thought-form in you that believes that you cannot do it.

The more one of them is repeated, the more urgent it will be that you face what anguishes you so that you finally achieve peace.

YOUR PAIN AND PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS SHOW THE CONFLICTS IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU HAVE NOT RESOLVED. WE TEACH YOU TO LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, TO DETECT AND RESOLVE YOUR CONFLICTS.

CLARIFICATION: This is a generic orientation, it is required to investigate, in each person in particular, the specific conflictive pack to be resolved.
