Valdeluz Mayores will manage the Siglo XXI Residence in Guadalajara

Valdeluz Mayores has reached a preliminary agreement with the General Council of Official Colleges of Physicians of Spain (CGCOM) for the management of the Siglo XXI Residence in Guadalajara, once the agreement is ratified by its Assembly in a meeting to be held on September 4 .

The agreement, which also includes other collaborations within the framework of services to members, will materialize through the lease of the center by the operator, with the General Council of Official Colleges of Physicians of Spain maintaining ownership of the property.

This operation is part of the new generation of centers that combine the best social and health care, which Valdeluz is developing in collaboration with HM Hospitalswith the vocation that, on a day-to-day basis, the residences are the home of the elderly, but incorporating in them the best health safety practices and the latest technology.
