Understanding to heal – Integral Health Coaching.

The biodecoding of the symptom is what allows us to understand what is the message that our body is sending us. When we can understand this message, which comes from our unconscious, is when the true healing process begins.

We must never forget that the biological unconscious does not judge, is innocent and always provides solutions based on the emotional conflict. His reasoning ability is simply nil.

COMPRESSION IS AN AWARENESS, NOT FROM THE MIND, BUT FROM THE HEART an awareness, an interior silence, a sigh that says: “At last, now I know, now I understand, what a weight I have taken off my shoulders!”. And then biology responds to this awareness, when there is an emotional change.

When one reaches this state of consciousness, there is nothing more to do. Everything’s fine. This is the true duel, daring to choose to die to the old and be reborn to the new.

When you become aware, you don’t have to do anything, you just have to feel. It is an internal experience, not an external action like the act of taking some pills for a symptom. From this new state of inner experience will come new possibilities for much more effective action to have the life we want to live.

When one reaches the state of consciousness of compression, there is nothing to forgive, there are no guilty parties, there are no victims, we stop judging and judging ourselves. We are all part of a process, we can get away from this or that person, but we do it free of emotional ties. We no longer expect anything from anyone. It is a surrender, a liberation, there is only gratitude, because your act of understanding frees your clan from toxic programs; you’ve become some kind ofsavior”.

You have transmitted new information in the family tree, and now the other members have the opportunity to activate it. But you don’t do it for them, because everyone must live their experiences. You do it for yourself, because in the universe it is only you who must free yourself and leave the information for others. You no longer manipulate, you no longer want things to be the way you would like them to be. You fully accept what you see and share your life with those with whom you feel in harmony, without guilt, without rancor, without victimization and with full acceptance.

Quarantine in Biodecoding

Once the client or consultant has reached a minimum of understanding, of a change in perception, the symbolic death, a process of moving away from family members and their daily life for a subsequent “retreat to the desert” which is called the quarantine.

Symbolic death answers the question: what would happen if my death happened today? It is an awareness that there is something I have to do and that something happens by living this experience, with the exception that you are still alive. This consolidates the new neurological changes. This symbolic death requires isolation, a convalescence process for neurology to adapt to this new understanding and change in perception. In this retreat the person relives experiences, transmutes them and is reborn again. He has reprogrammed himself, has learned new ways of living and behaving. The important thing is that the person acts according to his new perception and understanding of things. He has been born to be a new person. Now the emotional ties are different, now it is freer. He has healed.
