Having reached this position, try to hold it for 2-3 seconds. Next, we can progressively get up using our elbows. In a way, it will be like pushing down on the chair or bench on which we are practicing to recover the starting position. For a toning exercise, try sessions of 10-15 repetitions of movements. We then take a minute between each session to recover.

If our joints are not very well trained, it is necessary to avoid overloading the shoulders, leaving them too drooping.
