The easiest and healthiest deluxe potato recipe (and its sauces) in the world

If you have a whim of deluxe burger type fries, we propose a simple and healthy one so that eating French fries is not synonymous with gaining weight. In addition, we leave you two proposals for healthy sauces to accompany. It is a very successful dinner idea or a proposal to snack on something with friends.

Ingredients:

  • small potatoes

  • Spices: rosemary, oregano, sweet and hot paprika

  • Oil, salt and pepper

Elaboration:

One has to Steam the whole potatoes. They can be made in an optimal container for it (steamer or lekué) and microwave them at maximum power for five minutes. Once they are done, we let them cool so we can cut them into wedges.
