The La Vostra Llar group has started work on its new residence for the elderly in the municipality of Esplugues de Llobregat. It will come into operation in 2024 and will have 2,600 m2 that will allow it to offer 75 residence places in a totally innovative space equipped to meet the needs of the elderly.
The new center of the residential group La Vostra Llar will come into operation in 2024, will have large garden areas, living rooms, own kitchen, laundry, gym, infirmary, multipurpose space, terraces, urban garden and own parking. At the moment, the works are expected to last for 18 months.

The staff of the new center will be made up of 43 professionals who will offer activities, therapies and comprehensive support to residents with the will to improve their well-being. La Vostra Llar Esplugues —located in calle Gaspar Fàbregas i Roses—, will have 2,600 m2 distributed over 3 floorswhich will allow to offer 75 residence places. This residence will be added to the centers that the La Vostra Llar Group has in barcelona city (Les Dàlies, Gràcia, Parque del Clot, Parque Güell and La Marina – the latter currently under construction-) and the other six centers that the company manages in the Vallès Oriental, Maresme, Barcelonès, La Selva and Gironès counties, with a total of more than 650 seats.
