The Official State Gazette has published the Resolution of November 2, 2022, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the Order of the National Court is registered and published, on the sentence referring to the salary tables for the year 2022 of the VII Agreement Collective State Framework of Care Services for Dependent People and Development of the Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
In this way, the right of workers included in the scope of application of the VII State Framework Agreement on Care Services for Dependent Persons and Development of the Promotion of Personal Autonomy, to the application of the automatic salary review clause contained in article 8 of the Agreement in question and, consequently, to the increase in their remuneration concepts for the financial year 2022 in the amount corresponding to the percentage of the real consumer price index (CPI) for the year 2021, that is, in a 6.5 per 100.
