ballesol will soon inaugurate the residence Ballesol Reusa modern residential center, adapted, accessible and designed with a multidisciplinary architecture to satisfy any care and need of the elderly.
Ballesol Reus will be located in a privileged area, in a sustainable and easily accessible environment being very close to the city center. built on a surface area of around 5,750 m2, the center will have six floors plus an open terrace convertible into a Space for various activities and family life.
This residence will have 117 placesand once the authorization process for the center with the Ministry of Social Welfare is completed, it is expected to reach around 35 concerted places, as well as direct aid for the stay in the center. The common areas of this residential center are specially designed for your use and enjoyment of users, with wide corridors and adapted to the rooms, divided into 55 singles and 31 doubles. The rest of the equipment of the residence it’s divided in specialized units such as nursing, therapy room, stimulation cognitive, physiotherapy, psychology unit, sociocultural animation department (tasoc), offices, lounges, gym, kitchen, dining room, chapel, green areas and a Interior and functional patio of more than 600 m2 adapted to the needs of the residents and their families.
In the center they will work more than 70 professionals, a multidisciplinary team made up of management, supervisors, specialist doctors, nurses, geriatricians, rehabilitators, therapists occupational, technicians in socio-cultural activities, psychologists, workers social workers, receptionists, cooks, maintenance… “specialists and professionals trained to satisfy the desired quality of life in a active aging and healthy”highlights the director of the Mediterranean area of Ballesol.
