Cook over low heat until a thick mass is left. If you think it is necessary, add a little water or a few drops of sweetener.

To prepare a homemade curry sauce you will need two teaspoons of curry powder, two natural low-fat yogurt, one lemon, one white onion, one clove of garlic, salt and pepper to taste. She begins by frying the onion in a pan with a few drops of oil over low heat. When the onion becomes almost transparent, add the minced garlic and the curry. Meanwhile, put the yogurt in a container together with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the mixture to the pan and stir everything well so that the flavors are integrated.

Green sauce

The classic green sauce is ideal to accompany any fishbut also beans, potatoes or pasta. To prepare it you will only need garlic, oil, parsley, flour, white wine and a cup of fish broth. Start by frying the minced garlic in a little oil. Then add the flour and stir well. Then add a splash of white wine, the fish broth and the chopped parsley.
