was launched in 2012 as a mobile application to learn mindfulness, which quickly differentiated itself from the rest of the apps in its category, due to three main characteristics: it has meditation exercises for all needs and ages (I just finished the 30-day plan to address anxiety and have now started the 7 day acceptance plan); the voice of (English), co-founder of Headspace, is perfect for this type of exercises; and lastly, and the reason I like the most, are their animated videos that explain the concepts of meditation in such an easy and attractive way that anyone, with and without experience in meditation, can understand.

You will also find all this in their Netflix series and without having to spend extra money, because you probably already have a subscription. So if you are curious about mindfulness, the series is a good proposal to start the year with fewer distractions and greater awareness and intentionality; and if you are a therapist who already uses these skills, the series will also become a valuable resource to use with your clients.
