Exaggerated and permanent dilatation of the pulmonary bronchi with atrophy and rupture of the alveolar walls. It can present fibrosis.
BIOLOGICAL SENSE: There is deficiency in lung capacity and suffocation occurs. The alveolus is then dilated or expanded to improve oxygen exchange (the word exchange is important in understanding and addressing the conflict). However, the dilation is exaggerated (because the conflict is still active) and the socket ends up losing its functionality.
Being affected by pulmonary emphysema means that I have difficulty breathing and that I feel oppressed by the effort. Thanks to the breath, I breathe life into me.
