Parkinson’s – Comprehensive Health Coaching.

In general, Parkinson’s manifests itself in the person who is afraid of not being able to retain someone or something; for this reason, he starts in the hands. The patient is a rigid person who has repressed himself for a long time to hide his sensitivity, his vulnerability, his anxiety and his fears, especially in his moments of indecision. His greatest desire was to control everything and now his illness tells her that she has reached his limit and that she cannot do it, neither for herself nor for others. His nervous system has grown tired of maintaining all that internal tension that he created to hide everything he felt.

When I tremble, it is because I feel or see a danger that threatens me or a person I love; either the fear of losing control (which I am losing more and more!), the insecurity or the powerlessness to progress in life.

I may also have experienced a trauma: an abuse or difficulties that left their mark and in the face of which I experience the following feelings: sorrow, frustration, guilt, anger, depression that lead me to exhaustion, discouragement and that I want to run away instead of facing them and solve them. I self-destruct slowly, causing the deterioration of current nerve function.

BIOLOGICAL SENSE: Stop controlling the action when it is not clear how to act.

CONFLICT: Conflict to catch or retain. Fear of finishing, of letting go, of concluding something.

Conflict of double motor obligation. On the one hand, I want to do it, on the other, I have forbidden it (rape, steal, sign something…).

People who want to control everything, but can’t. Or that they have been rejected.

Future conflict (fear of ceasing to live), consequently, we do not finish things.

Fear of trials, stops the movement, does not go to the end. hold someone or something

despite being useless.

Something we could do and didn’t.

RESENT: “I want to act, but they won’t let me”. “I want to act and I don’t know where.”
