The ORPEA company continues its expansion plan in our country with the opening of its new residences ORPEA Coslada, in Madrid, and ORPEA Logroño La Ribera, in the capital of La Rioja.
Located at Avenida de José Gárate 1 in the Madrid municipality of Coslada, ORPEA Coslada, which will open its doors shortly, has 120 authorized beds and will generate 85 jobs at full activity. With this forthcoming opening, ORPEA already adds 25 residences for the elderly in the Community of Madridin addition to the specialized rehabilitation center of ORPEA Madrid Mirasierra.

ORPEA Coslada has among its facilities garden areas and a large terracewhere you can enjoy outdoor activities. ORPEA Coslada will provide its residents with a wide variety of services to guarantee the well-being of its residents and maintain their cognitive and physical activity: physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, catering with its own kitchen, gym, hairdresser, etc. The center also has a nursing and medical service.
During his recent visit to this center, the mayor of Coslada, Angel Viveros Gutierrez, has pointed out that “This space is good news for Coslada because it means the creation of jobs and, in addition, it is a perfect complement for a population group that is very important in our city”.
The new ORPEA Coslada center will hold some open days on Thursday 18, Friday 19 and Saturday 20 May, during which visitors will have the opportunity to tour the residence and learn in depth about the services and benefits it offers. Center staff will be available to answer any questions attendees may have.
ORPEA opens its third residence in Logroño
This residence will be added to the recent opening of the third ORPEA center in the capital of La Rioja, ORPEA Logroño La Riberaa residence that has 147 seats located at Paseo del Prior 35. The centre, which will generate more than 100 direct jobs When it is fully operational, it has modern, bright, comfortable, accessible facilities adapted to the needs of residents.
