I do a daily exercise routine at home

There is a very powerful tool to maintain our physical and mental balance: exercise. It’s true!

The exercise It’s true! And in these times when mobility must be very reduced, staying active is essential for your well-being.

No matter how big or small your house is, follow this routine and get sweaty

1. Organize your six favorite songs in a playlist, put on comfortable clothes and let’s get started!

2. Stretch and warm up your muscles for 5 minutes: start by taking the ball of your right foot and bringing the heel to the buttock, then switch feet. Now open your legs forming a triangle, raise your arms towards the ceiling and take them to the right and then to the left trying to lengthen your trunk.

3. Walk around the space you have at home for 10 minutes. Increase speed for every 2 minute period. You can also do moderate jogs in a fixed place.

4. Take a rope and do jumping jacks for 1 minute, then rest for 45 seconds. Repeat the sequence 5 times.

5. Use the stairs in your house to go up and down for 10 minutes. If you don’t have one, use a box that supports your weight and simulate the same movement.

Well done! Do it at your own pace: 30 minutes of daily cardio that will change your life. Remember to hydrate before, during and after each routine.
