What do we need?
(for several Moroccan snacks)
200g. chocolate covered with milk
100g. white chocolate coating
150g. homemade or purchased peanut butter
Step by Step
They look the same as the originals!
- Melt the milk chocolate couverture and the white couverture chocolate cut into small pieces in different containers. To melt it we can put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, take it out, and stir; repeating that process until it is completely melted.
- Add 2 spoons (100 g) of peanut butter to the milk chocolate, stirring until well integrated.
- To the white chocolate, on the other hand, we add only 1 tablespoon (50 g) of peanut butter, we also stir and we will see how we achieve the color of what will be the middle layer of our marroc.
- Line a mold with plastic wrap.
- Place half of the milk chocolate in the mold and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Add all the white chocolate and put it back in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Finally we have to add the rest of the dark chocolate, and now we put it in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes, not much longer.
- Unmold, remove the plastic wrap and cut: Finished Marroc Snacks!
