Having a sense of humor is not being funny, nor is it making fun of others to provoke laughter. The sense of humor is to bring spark to the things that happen to you, to the things that happen in your life.

WHAT IS THE SENSE OF HUMOR?

It is the ability of a person to de-dramatize and relax life situations, emphasizing what is contradictory, surprising, ridiculous or paradoxical.

To achieve this, it is necessary to have the will to discover the keys to humor: what makes us laugh, the unexpected, the illogical.

It’s not being funny (although being funny helps). It is equivalent to being flexible and also being willing to help the environment where we are, work, family, etc. release of rigidity and tension.
