The best thing is to stay away until you manage to eliminate that feeling, work on yourself, read books, exercise, focus on your future, she will look for you when you don’t want anything.

My best friend began to ask me questions about what a relationship between the two of us would be like. I was encouraged to tell her what I felt and she ended up rejecting me. She told me that we could continue being friends, but obviously I think this is over.

I don’t think it’s advisable, that can bring you sadness and suffering. Establish zero contact with that person even if it seems extreme and it hurts and you feel anxious, that will pass and you will be able to see life in colors again. If you continue as a friend you will only believe that those feelings of infatuation in him can grow again, but that will not happen.

It’s something complicated, with my friend we have had certain friction, from tickling us that could have ended in a kiss (but it didn’t happen) to him he has even caressed me while I was lying with him, but somehow neither of us gave the Next step, he already had an ex and maybe he doesn’t want to commit, I never had a boyfriend, it confuses me a lot and I really like him.

Well, what I only read is not to pay too much attention to the situation and not to confuse friendship with romance, but how am I going to manage to not look at it with eyes of love??? I want to be his friend but when I’m around him I think I’ll never be able to achieve it.

Hello, I never asked for advice, mostly I like to give it but it happens to me that the boy I liked so much four years ago whispered in my ear and I didn’t respond at all, practically I didn’t react due to the very fact that I liked him, my nerves got the better of me, this cycle constantly I see him and we don’t talk to each other we don’t have friends in common and we only look at each other but we only look at each other we don’t smile or anything, I’m sad because I have a year left to finish my degree and he finishes this cycle and I guess I won’t do it again Let’s see and he will never know that long before he whispered in my ear and by the way I don’t remember what he told me I liked him and to this day I like him but he already has a crush on me but I’m still in love.

It is a complex issue I think. In my case I was with someone years ago and due to life circumstances and distance we stopped seeing each other, she re-established her story with another person and I have tried to re-establish mine. Until recently we have contacted each other and according to her she still loves me despite being with the other person but she does not want to end that relationship. For my part, every time I hear about her my heart beats, it must be because I still love her and I can’t get her out of my thoughts. Until recently she told me that we could be friends and I felt like she didn’t fit me, which is kind of weird for me. Someone there gave me an opinion “Maybe she did it so as not to lose me” that she preferred friendship since we couldn’t get back together for now.

I would like to know what I can do in my situation. I work with my high school friend who we met again after 35 years and I have been working with him for two years, but since high school I have been in love with him and now that I work with him I wrote him a letter telling him my feelings. and he told me that he will always be my friend that he is committed to work but he published a song on Facebook (STAND BY ME STAY NEXT TO ME) the day we spoke and he asked me not to get out of the way that we will always be friends and I don’t know what to do because it is very difficult for me to be around him because I love him. I would like an opinion or advice because I am very hurt.

I went through a similar situation a couple of years ago and the only solution I found was to quit that job and look for other opportunities, since my emotional health was bad. Professionally I have done much better and at the end of 3-4 months I managed forget that person, today we met a couple of times and we talked very well. Good luck with that and remember that you and your well-being come first, it is not fair to suffer for someone who does not belong to us!

I am going through the same thing, my friend from high school is the one with whom I have a lot of history, I have been in love with this person for 7 years, we are both 19 years old, he just left his girlfriend, because in part he likes me but he wants to love me 100% But he wants to be single for a while, and that’s why he and I are giving each other some time, but he doesn’t want to hurt me or hurt me because we don’t know if we’re going to do something in the future, we already had our first kiss without it being anything, And it’s ugly to feel this, the truth is, I love myself very much but I don’t know how to do it because I don’t want to ruin anything with him just because I’m in love with him. I’ve been crying a lot lately because I’ve been feeling so bad to the point where I want to wish I had a magic wand and disappear. He is a great guy, and he is a person of whom I feel very proud but… I don’t know what to do anymore. Any advice you can give me? Since I need to see how to treat him, how to look at him, at this moment I see him as something else and not as a friend and it is UGLY to have to see and feel this 🙁
