It is a product in vanilla flavored powder whose key ingredient is OatWell (oat beta glucan) that reduces or maintains the level of cholesterol in the blood, one of the main risk factors in the development of coronary disease. The effect of beta glucans on blood cholesterol has been proven in more than 55 clinical trials.
For its consumption, it is enough to mix a 15.25 g portion with water for a sugar-free drink. It can also be taken with juice, a serving of two tablespoons a day or one tablespoon twice a day.
