Colisee Group has added a new residential facility to its network of centers for the elderly in Spain after assuming the management of the Riosalud residence, located in Las Rozas de Madridand plans to make investments worth about 2.5 million euros to modernize and improve the quality of the centerthe first that Grupo Colisée manages in the Community of Madrid.
Colisée Group foresees promote a reform that allows to renew the facilities of the residence, as well as implement its model of cpersonalized care and focused on the well-being of residents, and introduce technological improvements that contribute to a higher quality of care.
Riosalud is a center that currently has 250 seats in a complex with wide spaces and gardens. Grupo Colisée will implement improvements in the facilities to make them more efficient and will display several technological applications to, among other things, promote the communication between residents and familyas well as between workers and family members.

Within the framework of the agreement by which the Group assumes the management of , Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure, fund specialized in social impact investment and managed by Meridia, will be the property owner.
