Five questions you can answer to start the week with a purpose

The beginning of the week can be interpreted as the perfect time to plan a new opportunity and improve certain aspects of our lives.

Some will already have a ritual to focus all their energy and intention, but if you are one of those who does not know how to do it, we share a series of basic questions that the psychotherapist asks. .

It does so with the objective that Let’s reflect and change the course of the week. We can respond in writing, which will allow us to access them whenever we want to keep ourselves focused and motivated or as a way of meditation and introspection.

  • When and what should we do? Here it is important to take into account meeting dates, deliveries, and other responsibilities scheduled in advance.
  • What do we need to catch up? What was left pending from the previous week must be executed in this new one. This will allow us to move forward with concentration and clarity.
  • What do we need to get ahead? Surely some tasks can be finished ahead of time, that will allow us to be more proactive.
  • Should we stop procrastinating tasks? Yes, this will allow our mind to be calmer and will avoid moments of stress or anxiety.
  • What are we doing to achieve our goals? Sometimes big steps are not necessary, it is enough to take small, consecutive and firm ones. Are they achieving it?
