Eyes – Comprehensive Health Coaching.

When we have problems with our eyes it means that there is something we do not want to see, either in ourselves or in life, past, present or future.

Instead of accepting a reality that could be painful, disgusting or confusing, I prefer to close my eyes. Blindness can be caused by diabetes or by the accumulation of things that I refuse to accept, giving me confusion and a feeling of not knowing where to go anymore.

Wounded by an impact, a trauma or by a great internal fear, my sight withdraws. It may be the fear of losing someone or something I love.

A deformation of the eye (astigmatism, myopia, presbyopia) indicates that I seek in an excessive way to find answers outside instead of inside myself. The more I search outside of myself, the more I stray from my inner core.

A blurred vision (cataracts, glaucoma) indicates that my version of reality is contrary to what I see. This indicates to me that I pay attention to what is essential with difficulty, that I reject what I see.

Here are some other frequently used expressions:

– It costs me an arm and a leg! (It costs me dearly).

– I see it with bad eyes. (I don’t like).

– Keep an eye on someone. (Always watch it).

– That’s obvious. (It is obvious).

– Do something with your eyes closed. (I have a lot of confidence in myself).

The repetitive use of some of these expressions is an indication that the eyes or vision may be affected.

CONFLICT: Conflict of fear from behind. Threat that comes from behind and that we cannot get rid of. Fear with a strong component of apprehension (“What is going to happen to me?”).

It would be interesting to consider these questions: Wouldn’t you be denying something that happens in your present? What is it that you don’t want to face? Are you afraid to contemplate the present or the future? If you could see clearly, what would you see that you don’t see now? Can you see what you’re doing to yourself?

FOR RIGHT-HANDED PERSONS (BACKWARDS FOR LEFT-HANDED PERSONS):

LEFT EYE: It is the eye of defense and danger. Look far. The eye that directs the movement, identifies the enemies.

RIGHT EYE: Eye of recognition and affectivity. Eye that memorizes, compares the faces. Related to children, family, friends and our identity.

Hepatitis

Hepatitis is linked to this biological purification function. The liver becomes inflamed because it has to deal with an important cleansing process since a strong “poison” has entered the body.

We will understand poison both in a real and symbolic sense:
