Documentary “Remind me of Alzheimer’s, the beginning of disconnection”

The Remember Me Association and Kern Pharma have released the documentary “Remind me of Alzheimer’s, the beginning of disconnection”. It is a feature film that aims to make visible the harshest stages of this neurodegenerative disease to generate greater sensitivity and social awareness about the needs of patients and caregivers.

The premiere of the documentary “Remind me of Alzheimer’s, the beginning of disconnection” took place at CaixaForum Macaya in Barcelona, ​​with the assistance of more than 80 people

For Jose Codinapresident of the director and protagonist of the documentary with his motherthis documentary supposes “a great opportunity to return to highlight the needs of patients suffering from this diseasewhich not only ends up dehumanizing the person but also greatly affects their environment, people who find themselves without support and, in many cases, without resources to offer these patients the quality of life they deserve”.

For his part, eva valeroproduct manager of the specialist line of highlights the continued support of the laboratory to this pathology with which they have been working for many years “At Kern Pharma we have always had a great sensitivity with Alzheimer’s patients, their families and caregivers and we have spent many years supporting projects that help give visibility and, above all, raise awareness about their needs”. After the premiere of the feature film, which was attended by more than 80 people, there was a round table with specialists that allowed us to know, from different perspectives, the impact that Alzheimer generates in the patient and his environment. In this round table participated:
