Why did you decide to quit the job you had since 2019?
In relation to why she decided to leave work, she stated: “I felt that stress was taking over my days, it was difficult for me to sleep because I was overwhelmed with work without having a clear objective and organization.” And she clarified: “I was prioritizing my mental health, which does not mean that the company left me poorly. Quite the opposite.”

The young woman from Rio Negro received several job proposals and continues to analyze them along with other projects that she also wants to develop. “In the long term I would like to be able to create my own agency and help startups and SMEs improve their brands and increase their sales. Although at the moment I do it freelance, I am looking to join a company that has an already established and strengthened work team.”
