Acne – Integral Health Coaching.

Appearance of pimples due to a dermatological condition that affects the sebaceous glands of the epidermis (skin).

BIOLOGICAL SENSE: Often related to a lack of self-esteem. It is associated with the hair follicles and the sebaceous glands of the skin and the appearance of the male hormone “testosterone”. My sweat, my smell, my identity. The non-acceptance of that identity in that part of the body (due to a program of rejection, fear or danger) sets in motion a mechanism in which, considering these “substances” as something offensive, a repair is sought, which goes through desire to keep people away, for fear of being hurt.

CONFLICT: Conflict of identity, aesthetic devaluation and dirt.

Conflict of identity (Change of ID name or receive an insult for my face).

Conflict of aesthetic devaluation, conflict of the mirror.

Dirty conflict (sometimes experienced by the father).

Possible conflict of aesthetic rejection in the felt project. Aesthetic devaluation of the mother towards herself or towards the baby.

Acne on the face: “Self rejection.” People who feel ugly, too fat, or too skinny.

Acne on the upper part of the back and shoulders: Conflict of lack of support, (that’s where we touch someone when we want to support them). We bear too many responsibilities.

Acne on the chest: Conflict with the vital space. “I reject myself because I’m shy and I don’t take my place.”

Deep down there is always a conflict of fear of sexuality (in the aesthetic part). Sexual resentment: “I show my hormones, I show that I can have sexual relations.” It is taken as a necessity, because deep down we do not trust that we can have them.
