Without emotion there is no time –

In this article we will present 3 arguments through which we can conclude that time is an indivisible concept of emotion.

1. Pending issues keep us in the past.

Bluma Zeigarnik’s research experimentally demonstrated the relationship of la with unfinished tasks. She used as an example a waiter capable of remembering lists of even 20 items and, after having completed her task, immediately forget it. However, we have all been able to experience how when we have some unfinished pending task, it occupies a lot of our mental space; we procrastinate, we, pressured, continually comes to our thoughts… until finally, after doing it, we erase it from our memory.

This effect, if we apply it to our way of managing the situations we experience, leads us to the following conclusion: everything that we have not concluded and that we have not been able to “solve” continues to occupy a space in our memory and is manifested in regardless of the temporary space where it was generated.

2. We interpret the same as we remember.

The is similar to a time machine. It is the element that allows us to go back to the past and relive an experience as if it were happening in the present.. We only remember what excites us and, thus, we build our memory, which, in turn, determines how we interpret the experiences that occur to us at each moment.

When we are faced with a situation that is similar to previous ones that were unpleasant or aversive for us, our tendency will be to react emotionally in the same way. A) Yes, what we call present is the experience of our past.

That is why it is so effective to mentally travel back in time and reinterpret unpleasant memories by changing emotions. When we change the emotion associated with an experience, we not only transform that experience, we also transform all similar experiences and all the ones to come.. In this way, we free ourselves from the past and project a new future that we will later call the present.

3. It’s not space-time, it’s space-memory.

According to Nassim Haramein, space-time does not exist, but space-memory. In his works, he explains that time is a concept that does not exist if there is no memoryand that memory is what creates the concept of time, since the fact of remembering the previous moment creates the concept of some kind of linear progression of time.

“Since time is distance in space, time is memory in the structure of space. Without memory there is no time. Without time, there is no memory. Therefore, the energy that we perceive as the material world must be information, or energy in the structure of space.
