  • 2 grapefruits
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of baby spinach
  • Handful of toasted hazelnuts
  • Half a red onion
  • 1 teaspoon tahini sauce
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Peel the grapefruits and cut them into slices, cook the eggs in boiling water and chop the half onion into julienne strips. Then, for the vinaigrette, mix the tahini sauce, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Next, put the other ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently with the vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large fennel
  • 2 oranges
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons wine or apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 grams of butter
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds

Preparation:

Cut the white part of a large fennel into thin slices and reserve the green leaves. Next, peel and slice the oranges, removing the white parts. For the vinaigrette, mix the extra virgin olive oil, wine or apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

In a frying pan, brown the cut oranges and fennel on both sides with the 15 grams of butter. Finally, in a bowl, stir all the ingredients with the vinaigrette and put the sunflower seeds on top to decorate.

  • 1 loaf
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 lettuce
  • Parmesan

Preparation:

Turn the oven on to 150 degrees Celsius and let it heat up while you cut the bread into slices three centimeters thick. Then, rub the pieces with the peeled garlic clove and coat them with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste and put them in the oven for a couple of minutes, turning them until they are golden.

For the vinaigrette, mix the mayonnaise, anchovies, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Finally, in a bowl mix the cut lettuce leaves, the dressing, the pieces of bread and decorate with Parmesan cheese.
