13 tips from Dr. Ryke Hamer to heal the disease – Integral Health Coaching.

Dr. Hamer was born in the Republic of Germany in 1935. He died at the age of 82, in Norway. Dr. Hamer, an oncologist, has several medical specialties: Radiology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Medicine.

He discovered Five Biological Laws that explain the cause, development and natural cure of “diseases” based on universal biological principles.

The results of his cancer research led him to baptize The New Medicine that includes the Psyche-Brain-Organ relationship. His research extended to many chronic diseases, finding the same relationship of suffering or emotional conflict lived in silence leaves a mark on the brain: the Focus of Hamer, and at a distance, affects an organ or system of the body.

This is also how, later, with the French school, the Decoding of Diseases was born, to which Psychogenealogy and Total Biology were added.

1- Do not let yourself be won by panic

Very often, people die in a panic. The person should never panic, nor make others panic. You have to be extremely careful with the environment and especially with who receives from us. Love yourselves and also love each other.

Loving each other has a double meaning of great therapeutic value. If one loves himself, first, he will not make any conflict with himself, neither of devaluation, nor of guilt. If he loves others then he will not make any conflict with others.

Not panic means that the patient should never be frightened and that therapists should never frighten the patient. Otherwise, even a cold becomes incurable, since it will cause a generalization. Panicking is buying a one-way ticket.

2- Support vagotonia

Vagotonia is the abnormal excitability of the vagus nerve, with alterations in the function of the organs in which this nerve branches, mainly the heart, bronchi, stomach and intestines.

Around 10:00 p.m. the maximum impulse of vagotonia is normally triggered. The vagus nerve is the most powerful nerve in the body: there is no way to beat sleep.

That is our ancestral rhythm: man is a daytime animal, in his four million-year-old biological code of behavior, it is recorded that he must hunt, gather fruits, act during the day and rest at night.

It is during the night that everything is automated so that the body concentrates its work on the digestive tract.

We have less brain, cardiac, respiratory activity. It is normally at night that any disease will become more unbearable because it is during this sluggishness that the brain repairs better and there may be more edema.

Something can be done to reduce these edemas to make it more bearable, but only reduce them because if they are prevented from acting, the repair will never be achieved, since the reconstitutive elements will not repair.

3- Every night, do the daily balance

You have to know if you have not worked too much during the day. If so, mandatory rest the next day (for major diseases such as cancer, fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc…).

The person must be cured. He can do many things, but he must take care of his disease above all else. He should not wait for someone or something to cure him, he must be motivated.

If you did too much, you should rest the next day because otherwise you become too stressed, too active, with which the brain returns to sympathicotonia, stopping the vagotonia. There the healing stops.

4- Every morning take a pencil and plan your day

You have to respect the plan and provide for at least six hours of rest, in addition to the night. These are the rules for the seriously ill and they have to fight against their anxieties.

The one who is in a wheelchair will always want to attend many meetings to demonstrate and prove to himself that he can do what everyone else does.

It’s an escape reaction, it’s a wicked game. You have to focus on your healing because it is possible. You have to avoid getting into the stress of the action.

With six hours of rest, in addition to the night, we have enough vagotonia. The brain has an extraordinary power to heal us despite everything we do against it (between the fears, the fights, the depressing or terrible messages we receive during the day and because of the actions).

5- Always do what is absolutely necessary first

If that exceeds three hours of physical or psychological effort, we must stop the superfluous and rest, with a happy heart because we are doing what is appropriate to heal ourselves, and not the opposite.

Most people get depressed, demoralized, afraid to rest: they have the stress of their problem, of their decrepitude, and that is a very strong secondary conflict. “I can’t do anything anymore, I’m useless.”

Doing what is absolutely necessary first will allow the person to prove that they still exist, but you have to time the time.

The sick person wants to show that he can do it, but if he spends three physical or psychological hours, he must stop. The best thing is to read light, funny reading, watch funny movies and they can see it as many times as they want if they rent it.

It is therapy for laughter, since if you stop at the news, with wars, accidents, or movies of death, of violence, you unconsciously over-stress with liminal and subliminal images.

During recovery, I take care of myself, I love myself, I take care of myself, I pamper myself, this is vital, it is the way to heal. It is not enough to decode and accept (sometimes yes) but you have to respect the repair as well.

6- Reject all confrontation

Blaming, arguing with your environment is one of the biggest dramas that guarantees relapse or the impossibility of healing. “I need your help and not your permanent opposition.” Because one subtracts calories and strength from what the brain needs to repair and by monopolizing the energy to fight, the patient is generally exposed to the judgment of those around him, and they don’t know anything, they just talk to talk and the patient doesn’t let go, they don’t get out of stress

Here I reproduce a phrase that Claude Sabbah attributes to his grandfather: “If people who have nothing to say were silent, there would be a great silence on the surface of the Earth. It’s always the ones who don’t know anything who cackle.” Here we are talking about an elevation in the level of human consciousness.

7.- Privileging night rest

The human being is a daytime being. All your basic biological rhythms are programmed on the basis of the solar rhythm. Of course, since the night for the patient is normally the time of greatest pain, and in some cases with the unconscious anguish of “Will I wake up or die?”, it is quite difficult to maintain these rhythms.

You have to play down that, since they haven’t done much during the day, they aren’t tired enough to sleep well at night.

So, do not hesitate to modify your sleep schedule. Night rest should be favored as much as possible, but, if that is not easy, do not hesitate to stay up until two or three in the morning, watching documentaries, drinking the occasional coffee (coffee also reduces cerebral edema).

In this way, the patient knows that they cannot sleep for a long time, so they hold out as long as they can: when they have passed the usual period of great sluggishness, and after having indulged in reading, writing, thinking healthy, positively, without stress. …there they go to sleep and get up at noon.

Then, as they get better, they gradually return, one hour a day, to their normal schedule.

8.- Eat healthy and light

Salads, fruits, raw things, or cooked on the grill, so that it is easily assimilated. If you eat a lot, digesting will consume a lot of calories and it is better to save as much as possible for healing.

9.- Heal normally if pain appears

You can take allopathic and homeopathic remedies as usual, that will not jeopardize your healing.

10.- Wait patiently for true improvement

If one is not scared by the small or large inconveniences of the repair and waits taking the best rest possible, the improvement will come.

If the culminating point of the repair phase has passed, the person will have so many edemas that there may be annoying manifestations, such as pain, dizziness, or fever, if the edemas are in the brain stem, discomfort.

This should not scare the person: it is not about serious things, but about repair effort. You have to wait patiently without starting the idea of being scared, otherwise there is no cure.

It is the beginning of the person who has edema in their fibers and that with this their motor difficulty worsens for a while in multiple sclerosis, for example. Due to our ancestral culture based on the appearance of diseases, this leads us to panic, go to the hospital urgently, infusion of corticosteroids in large quantities, which changes the person because it pumps out all the edema and it stops hurting… but no it is cured and the process is going to begin perhaps with more violence.

11.- Never stay in the sun for a long time or with your head near a heat source

The heat multiplies by four the size of the cerebral edema. At that moment, enormous pressure is exerted and there is a risk of a strong epileptic seizure. In general, the severely ill person is recommended to avoid sunbathing for a year, even at sea.

You can be under the umbrella, bathe, but that’s all. If the head is near a heat source, the same thing, it is convenient to put ice on the head.

12.- If the problem is very important, ice the painful parts and the head

If the liver hurts, for example, you have to put ice on the liver and also on the place of neuronal control of the liver in the head, that is, on the brain stem, below the neck, in the upper part of the neck. If the cold does not calm the pain in the organ, then you have to put heat on the organ, but always cold on the head, without exception.

If it is very violent, put ice on both places and take a hot foot bath, the temperature difference will cause the liquid to circulate mechanically and therefore reduce the edema a little.

13.- Never soothe the symptoms too much

Analgesics or anti-inflammatories can be taken to make the symptoms bearable. The symptoms will stop on their own when the command center decides. As long as there is a symptom, it is necessary that it be there, it is extremely important.

For example, if you stuck a piece of glass in your foot, it will hurt while it heals and it will be sensitive, but it is precisely so that it does not aggravate the wound (if it did not hurt, it would continue walking without taking care of the wound and would not allow it to heal: that is the pain function).

Never forget that the brain is never wrong. If there is pain it is because the brain says ‘Let’s rest’. We must respect that innate intelligence that has allowed us to survive for so many millions of…
