Valdeluz has inaugurated its first residence in Leganés

Valdeluz has inaugurated its first residence for the elderly, located in the Madrid town of Leganés. It is a newly built 9,000 square meter building with 132 rooms and a maximum capacity for 176 residents.

This new residence has the support of health professionals from HM Hospitales and the latest advances in technology, paying special attention to people with neurodegenerative processes. Among the novelties stand out the systems of permanent monitoring of residents with orientation difficulties or the radio frequency network to minimize the loss of garments, among others.

The 132 rooms (single, double or suites) have their own fully accessible and adapted bathroom, and offer the highest level of comfort. The center also has specialized care rooms, including provision of medical gases (oxygen and vacuum). The interior design and decoration breathes calm and balance thanks to a successful balance of small decorative objects, which print peace through a smooth transition between areas.
