Three recipes for detox and anti-inflammatory juices to cleanse your body

Orange juice, grapefruit, ginger and cayenne pepper

What do we need?

3 oranges

3 grapefruits

1/2 tsp ginger powder

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Step by Step

You just have to wash, peel and cut the fruits and vegetables and then squeeze all the citrus ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture. Add half a teaspoon of ginger powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper, mix and that’s it!

You can drink it cold and you always barely do it, otherwise the ingredients may lose their nutrients.

beet juice

What do we need?

3 chopped beets

3 carrots chopped

1cm ginger root

In the case of beets, steam the beets beforehand.

1 orange without skin

Half a lemon without skin
