This is how it is prepared: First we make the burger. For this we mix the meat with the egg, the very chopped garlic and the parsley. We shape the hamburger, pass it through the breadcrumbs and cook it with a little oil. While the meat is cooking, we cut the bread in half and put the lettuce, onion and tomato on it. In a frying pan, fry the bacon until crispy and add it to the bread. When we turn the burger over, we add the slice of cheddar cheese on top so that it melts. Sushi (Japan)

Sushi, contrary to what many people think, the dish that Japan has managed to export to the rest of the world, is prepared with cooked rice, seaweed, vegetables and raw fish. It is rich in Omega 3, so it helps prevent heart disease, cerebrovascular problems and arthritis.

This is how it is prepared: First you have to remove the starch from the rice. To do this, we put it in a strainer and keep it under tap water (when the starch has disappeared, the water filtered by the rice will stop being whitish and will be transparent again). Boil the rice for about 20 minutes over low heat. When it is done we transfer it to a source and let it cool. Meanwhile, we prepare the mixture for the rice. In a container we put three tablespoons of vinegar and one of sugar, and shake until it is almost dissolved. Add this mixture to the rice.

Next we prepare the sushi rolls: cover the mat with transparent film and put a sheet of nori seaweed (leaving three fingers of margin between the seaweed and the edge of the mat). Spread the rice evenly over the nori and add the fish, the cucumber or avocado cut into small pieces and a pinch of wasabi to the bottom. To roll up the sushi, we take the lower part of the mat and we wrap it as we press gently so that all the ingredients are pressed. All that remains is to cut it into pieces about two or three centimeters thick and serve with the soy sauce.
