The sugus diet: the latest nonsense that promises to lose weight without effort

There are no miracles and you always have to consult a nutritionist if what you want is Despite having these two premises clear, dozens of diets continue to circulate that have no scientific basis and that promise to lose weight in a short time. This is the case of the sugus diet, created by a doctor with a clinic in Madrid.

His diet consists of replace food from some intakes with a sugus or an apple. But this is not done suddenly. First, some foods begin to be restricted and little by little they are replaced by those mentioned. He ensures that this must be done progressively.

The idea is that every fortnight the diet is changed, making it stricter and starting to suppress food. The intention is to accustom the body to reducing food intake.

On the first day of the diet, your diet will consist of eating only five pieces of at least two plates of mashed potatoes, with skimmed milk and salt. Every day there is a different proposal until the food is reduced.

This diet also contemplates what can be snacked between meals: sour green apples, pickled gherkins or tomato juice.

There are many who have raised their voices against this diet because they consider it “nonsense” without no scientific basis.
