The paths of consciousness –

1. Consciousness: operating system of the mind.

On many occasions, we have been able to experience how our computer performs more slowly, or even directly how there are programs that do not work or that do not respond as they should. After analyzing it with the help of a technician or an anti-virus, we have been able to verify that the cause of these anomalies were background processes that, not knowing they existed, continued to run outside of our control.

The moment we realize they are happening is when we can end or change that process. Following this analogy, most of the information we process is done unconsciously. When we consciously perceive certain parts of us that are not working as they should – blocking situations or repetitive patterns – it is very important to understand that there may be information running in the background that affects everything we see. The process of “awareness“It would be to make said information conscious in order to be able to influence it if we wish.

2. Jung’s synchronicity.

According to psychologist Carl G. Jung, synchronicity It is the relationship that exists between a mental state and one or more external events that appear as a result of that state.

The principle of synchronicity affirms that, between the psychic state of each person and the events that they experience, there is a link of meaning that makes them relate simultaneously; they occur in the same space-time and represent the same information in different ways. By identifying the relationship between our inner state and our environment, we can voluntarily and freely choose a new way of interacting with the world. That is become aware

Jung refers to the fact that, once you have become aware, you reach a state of understanding in which you recognize that everything is intertwined, that there is no such thing as chance and that everything moves according to very precise laws of a universal nature.

3. Unconscious inheritance.

The way in which we relate to the environment is largely defined by heredities, which condition us when interpreting and reacting to the world. These predispositions operate in our unconscious mind automatically.

Our family unconscious keeps the information it considers necessary for the survival of the clan. We, as individuals, feed on this memory to build ourselves in the most adaptive way possible within our family and society.

Becoming aware means understanding that our unconscious inheritance had an adaptive function in previous situations experienced by members of our family. The understanding of this biological function -or awareness– allows us to be able to choose again the actions that we consider opportune and appropriate in our present.

4. Undo the experience to become aware.

Consciousness only occupies 3-5% of all brain activity. The unconscious is a level where we record information without realizing it, and it represents 95-97% of brain activity.

The Path to the Unconscious is one of the main tools that Bioneuroemoción® uses to access the information stored in our unconscious. It is inspired by the method developed by Dr. Albert Ellis, which allows us to access repressed hidden emotional states associated with specific situations.

The process of the Way to the Unconscious is inverse to the process of experience. In fact, on the Path to the Unconscious we undo the path because the first impression is always the hidden emotion.

All our beliefs, thoughts, feelings and physical sensations originate from emotions, of which we are most of the time unaware. In Bioneuroemoción®, by using the path to the unconscious, it is intended to identify the basic emotion on which the internal state of the person is formed, and which manifests itself in their reality.

To the become aware of the internal processes that create our experience, we can understand and integrate them, to be able to make the changes in a conscious way.

“There are not many roads. There are many names for the same path, and this path is consciousness.
