The German-born developer The Flag will open next spring in Estepona what will be its first senior living project in Spain. The complex will offer 78 independent apartments and will have all kinds of services for its senior clients.
This new complex of senior living will be focused mainly on the German client. Eike MuhrGeneral Director of The Flag, the strong growth in demand for this type of housing for the elderly. “Our offer is addressed to guests from all over the world, but especially to older people from Germany who enjoy the climate and the special way of life”, it states. Therefore, the complex will have German-speaking service personnel at the reception and multilingual specialists to provide all services.
The Flag Costa del Sol will be The Flag’s first senior living project in Spain
The apartments of The Flag Costa del Sol will have: functional kitchen (some with washer and dryer); balcony or loggia; in-ground bathtub and rain shower; fully automatic air conditioning; and furniture (partial or complete). In addition, customers can enjoy services such as:
