Signing of the VIII Dependent Care Services Agreement

All the employers in the Dependency Sector have signed an agreement with the CCOO and UGT unions for the signing of the VIII State Framework Agreement for Care Services for Dependent Persons and Development of the Promotion of Personal Autonomy.

This agreement will provide the sector with stability for the next three years and will guarantee important improvements in wages and working conditions for Dependency care professionals, since it establishes a 4% salary increase for workers by 2023. In 2024, the increase will be 2.5%, and another 2.5% in 2025, including a salary update clause of up to 12%. These increases are added to the 6.5% already applied in 2022.
