Oh glorious Saint John Baptist de La Salle!, apostle of childhood and youthdistribute your great charity from the top of Heaven, where you enjoy your own merits and virtue, take care of our children and us, their parents, be a noble saint, our guide, friend and protector.
Intercede for us, give us your protection, assist us in this earthly life, so that preserved from every stain of error, malice, hatred and corruption, Let us remain faithful to Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Holy Gospel.
Oh blessed saint, you who tried so hard to give to the poorest children food for the body and for the soul, who wanted the less favored to enjoy a Christian education so that they could be strengthened in the path of Truth, help our children, the children, the young people, especially grant your protection and lend your holy assistance to (say your child’s name) who is going through bad times and needs this special favor in his life: (state the problem and what you want to achieve).
