Succulents have amazing ways of showing off their beauty. Whether with its patterns in the form of fractals or sacred geometry spirals that remind us that nature is perfect. Each and every one of them has a pinch of magic that hypnotizes us, it is no coincidence that succulents have become the favorite plants of many. However, these succulents have a very strange peculiarity, they are transparent and their leaves look like drops coming from the ground.
But among all its variants, there is one that is known for its transparent leaves that look like drops coming out of the earth. Haworthia cooperi is the scientific name of this strange but sublime succulent.
Its bulbous petals are transparent and therefore shape like water droplets. These orbs have a green base and when sunlight reflects through them, they look like sets of beautiful translucent jewels.
Also known as “transparent succulent,” it is native to the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. In its natural environment, Haworthia grows under a tree or bush, it does not like direct sunlight. If the plant receives too much sunlight, the transparent tips disappear and turn white.
