(PDF) Beck Depression Inventory

The Beck Depression Inventory (BDI, BDI-II), created by psychiatrist, researcher, and founder of Cognitive Therapy, Aaron T. Beck, is a self-administered questionnaire consisting of 21 multiple-choice questions. It is one of the most commonly used instruments to measure the severity of depression. The most current versions of this questionnaire can be used in people 13 years of age and older.
